  • Final paid fee at the portal will be inclusive of Taxes

Residential Packages Include:

  • Room at respective selected hotel - Check-In & check out as per dates selected
  • Conference Registration
  • Conference Attendance Certificate
  • Conference Kit
  • Breakfast on the following day of checking at the hotel.
  • Lunches on (8th, 9th, 10th October 2026)
  • Dinners on 8th, 9th (Gala Dinner) & 10th October 2026

Cancellation Policy:

    • 50% refund excluding GST if cancellation done before 30th June
    • 25% refund excluding GST if cancellation done before 31st August
    • No refunds after 31st August
    • All refunds will be done after the conference.

For PG Students

  • A letter from their HOD or student ID card must be uploaded as a proof of PG Student during online registration.
